Anyone in hospitality around Montagu - guest houses, hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, cafés, tour operators. Big or small, we welcome everyone.

How it works

Accommodation Partners

Guests get a discount based on length of stay:

• Less than 3 nights: R10 off per hour (unlimited bookings)

• 3 - 5 nights: R15 off per hour (unlimited bookings) + Free 30-min intro session *

• 5+ nights: R20 off per hour (unlimited bookings) + Free 30-min intro session *

Example: Someone staying 4 nights books a 90-minute slot.
They save R15/hour × 1.5 hours = R22.50 per booking.

Restaurant and Cafe Partners

Diners get a discount based on per-head spend:

• Less than R150 per person: R10 off per hour

• R150 - R200 per person: R15 off per hour

• R200+ per person: R20 off per hour

If a table has 4 people, each person can qualify for a benefit as long as they meet the per-head spend rule.

Fair Play Rules

Proof required:

• Accommodation: Booking confirmation code or proof of booking

• Dining: Till slip showing spend per person and number of diners

One benefit per player: Guests can use either an accommodation benefit or a dining benefit per booking, not both. 

Commission or discount: Partners can pass the saving to guests or keep it as commission credited to a Playtomic wallet for owners, guests, or staff.

Free intro sessions (free for accommodation guests only):
Introduction sessions are for first-time players who haven't played Padel before, covering the basics. Guests can join one of our weekly group intro sessions (book via the club), or book a minimum 1-hour play session and we'll provide a 30-minute intro right before it. We run at least one intro session per week and will happily add a second as demand grows. Free Introduction sessions are offered to assist in encouraging tourists to stay and explore Montagu longer. Should guests stay for shorter periods or only passing through but want an intro session, then they can either join in on a pre arranged introduction session, or join the whatsapp community to see both socials and games, alternatively use the Playtomic app for all activities scheduled

Need extra players? Padel Montagu will do everything possible to help fill player slots if guests need partners.

The wallet bit

• If you play: Commission goes into your personal wallet for your own court bookings
• If you don't play: Goes into a guest wallet - use it for guests or staff, or cash it out once you hit the minimum

How to get started

For accommodation partners

1. Guests (or establishment) needs to provide us proof of booking.
2. Best if the accommodation arranges it directly on the guest's behalf - just send the club the guest's Playtomic details (name, surname, email, mobile) along with proof of stay, then the club will allocate the benefit to the guest.

For restaurant partners

1. Ask guests to keep their till slip showing spend per head and present at the club to apply the discount. Discount needs to be applied before they book the courts on Playtomic. 

For guests to book

IMPORTANT: You guest must be added to the benefits group BEFORE booking, or the discount won't show.

1. Favourite "Montagu Padel" in the Playtomic app
2. Send your Playtomic details to the club (name, surname, email, mobile) via your accommodation, restaurant partner or come down to the club, alternatively, whatsapp us from the website and we will add you to the relevant benefit category
3. Wait for confirmation that you've been added to the benefits group
4. Then book your court time on Playtomic - the discounted pricing will show automatically (if you do this at the club it will happen instantly)

If stuck or unsure: Pop down to the courts and the team will sort it out on the spot.
